Candle Care Instructions When burning for the first time, allow the candle to burn for at least three hours, or until a full melt pool forms to avoid tunneling. Trim the wick to 1/4" length before every burn to prevent smoke and soot. Do not burn candle for longer than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from things that can catch fire.
